I had a total knee replacement operation in May 22. So good not to have the pain of arthritis now. Mr Bailey's positive treatment, advice and care was excellent. I’ve gone from becoming almost housebound to being able to walk my dog again. Thank you so much.

Mr Bailey made me feel at easies from the start and explained all that I needed to know, about the operation and how important it was for me do all the exercises after the surgery and today was my follow up on how I was doing. Again he show me how my knee was before and after the operation and ask if I felt better than before, I ask if he could do the over knee as it has got really bad and gives away from time to time, he said it also needs to be replace and he would book me in for the operation. I would like to thank him and his staff for making my quality of life so much better and look forward to having the next operation to there improving stability when moving about on my own.

Mr Bailey has given me a new ACL and tidied up my knee. The surgery was a great success and everything that I was experiencing was explained to me in clinical terms and laymens terms. I could not be happier with the result and aside from that, Mr Bailey is a really pleasant individual who I would recommend anyone use.

Recently had a arthroscopy on my left knee performed by Mr Bailey at Sarum Road. I can honestly say the whole experience was first class. From being met in reception, taken to my room, Mr Bailey coming in an explaining the procedure, the antitheists and physio all explaining there bits, the nurse that was with me all day and most importantly the menu choices for after the op, the service was great. Post op Mr Bailey explained what he found, and what he did to sort it out. Two weeks later at the follow up again Mr Bailey went through the op and addressed any concerns I had. I had no post op issues and didn't require any pain relief. I have now booked my Total Knee replacement for my other knee as I have 100% confidence I'm in good hands with Mr bailey and Sarum Road Hospital.

Expained proposed surgery and expected recovery in easily understood terms. I was referred from the Harbour Hospital in Poole to their sister facility, the Sarum Hosapital in Winchester, where the operation was performed. Good experience in Sarum Hospital. The only area where an improvement could be made was in communicating expected Consultant expectations / requirements with the physio's back at the Harbour Hospital Poole where the post surgery needs were addressed. I must add that this is being a little "picky" as I can only recommend the personal service afforded to me.
